The interview process started with a cold call for the first round, and then I had an in-person interview for the final round. The whole thing took about a week from start to finish. I got started on the job pretty quickly and have been learning a lot.

So I first had a quick phone interview after I sent in my resume through a school job board. Then, they had me come into the office for a face-to-face interview. During that interview, the person talked a bit about what I knew about the company, then explained what the company does in the Philadelphia commercial real estate market. We finished up by talking about the job and what I'd be doing.

The interview process was pretty casual. It involved 2-3 behavioral interviews with brokers where they mainly discussed my interests and assessed if it was a good mutual fit. The team was very friendly and helpful. There was a final call with HR that was also mostly behavioral.
