I had an interview with one of the local Regional Directors at their corporate office. She was very polite and professional. It all went well. But, after that I did not hear back. This was actually my second interview with Greystar, but this was for a different position. It also ended the same well.

It was straightforward. We're looking for people who are skilled and confident enough to embrace change and grow. The interviews can be in person, over the phone, or, like in my case, internally via Teams. Just be on your best game and ready to make a good impression.

I sent in my application online and heard back from the hiring manager a few days later. My first interview was a Zoom call, and it went really well. After that, I was asked to do a second interview over the phone. There was a mix-up with the scheduled time for the second interview. I ended up waiting for an hour and then emailed the first interviewer. A few hours later, I got a call back and we did the second interview. It was a bit unsettling, but we talked about what happens next. It's been a week now since I've heard anything, and I'm worried I've been ghosted.
