I applied online and had an initial phone call. After that, I went through three virtual interviews. The process was pretty straightforward, but the last virtual interview felt like a waste of time. The questions didn't seem related to the property manager role, and one interviewer wasn't really engaged. I haven't heard back yet, which is unprofessional. Candidates shouldn't be left hanging.

Greystar's interview process is pretty simple and professional. You'll usually have a quick phone screen first, and then maybe one or two interviews, either in person or online. They'll be looking at your experience, if you'd fit with the team, and your skills for the job.
