It started with a screening interview, then a model test and a follow-up interview with different people from the investment side. The model test was a typical cashflow exercise, and the interviews were more about motivations than being super technical.

The interview process started with an introductory call with HR, followed by interviews with each team member. After that, there was a case study to complete and then present. The final step was a final interview. The interviews were mostly behavioral and focused on culture fit.

It went pretty smoothly. I had one phone interview, and then got invited for a super day in person. The super day involved four 30-minute interviews with people who were Associates or higher up. The conversations were mostly conversational, it seemed to be more about seeing if I was a culture fit.
