It was a pretty tough three-part interview process. First, they had a 30-minute meeting with me, where it was one interviewer and four of us. After that, I got invited to a group interview where they observed how I handled myself in three different scenarios. Lastly, I had to prepare and deliver a presentation on how I thought we could make the residents' living experience better.
