Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I was contacted by a recruitment agency that was coordinating with the hiring team in India for a US-based role focused on consumer interactions and product discovery. First, I had a video call with the agency to see if there was mutual interest. Then, I spoke with the line manager about product sense, ownership, and lifecycle management, which went well. The second round was a case-based conversation with another product manager, focusing on the eCommerce landscape. The third was with HR, discussing stakeholder collaboration, problem-solving, and communication. I was told I was a top candidate. However, after two weeks of no contact, I was informed that the hiring team had changed the role's location and drastically altered it to an AI Solutions Engineer position, restarting the recruitment process. The agency was professional, but the hiring team's shift caused frustration.

The interview process was great. It was an open-ended interview where the interviewer really wanted to learn about my work experience and other things on my resume. The problems and questions were well-structured and they paid attention to details.

Behavioral Technical

The first meeting, the interviewer didn't show up. HR apologized and we rescheduled for the next day. The interviewer was late again, didn't even mention the no-show from the previous day, was super arrogant and had no communication skills. They made the interview process way harder than it needed to be.
