Group Technical Technical

I applied through university. There we total 4 rounds - group discussion, technical-1, techincal-2 and HR. GD super simple enough, Techincal-1 was little hard like revolving around Linux and Sql commands in depth. Techincal-2 was much more hard like projects discussions about Linux and Sql. I was out in Technical-2 but came to know that HR was easy enough to clear

I applied for a job on Naukri.com, and the whole process took about 10-15 days. First, a recruiter called to explain the role and asked me some easy Linux and SQL questions, which I answered fine. Later that day, HR called to set up an interview for two days later. I was on time for the interview, but nobody showed up. After waiting, HR told me the interviewer was abroad and rescheduled for the next day. This happened again the next day, so HR rescheduled again. On the third try, the interviewer finally showed up late and asked basic questions about Linux, SQL, and my resume. I answered them well. Then, HR let me know I passed the first round and scheduled a second interview round. The second round was also disorganized. Even though I thought I did well, HR kept saying I wasn't selected after I followed up. This company's hiring process is really unprofessional and messy. They kept rescheduling and didn't communicate well, which shows they don't respect candidates' time. I'd tell others to think twice before applying here.

Behavioral Technical Group

I was contacted by a recruiter who asked me some initial questions about my experience. Then I had a 15-20 minute phone interview with HR. After that, they scheduled an in-person interview with the Operations manager, which lasted about an hour. Then I was asked if I had time to meet with the HR director. He explained the two roles and their requirements and asked which direction I thought would be a better fit. We discussed compensation and they mentioned they try to match my previous role's pay if it's within their budget.
