So the interview process for this job is like a multi-stage thing where they first look at your application, then do a phone screen, then some skill tests, and then a bunch of interviews with recruiters, the hiring managers, and the team, to see if you got the skills, experience, and if you fit the culture. After all that, they decide if they want to make an offer.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too difficult. I had to speak with three different people throughout the process. They asked basic questions, nothing unusual. It was efficient overall, but there were some delays between talking to each person.

I applied through the Grey website and heard back from Talent Acquisition the next day to set up a quick phone interview. That call was brief and informative, and I got to share the basics of my current job and skills. Then, they wanted to meet in person, so I met with two talent acquisition people the next week. They told me about the role and company culture and asked about my skills and what I expected from a company. It seemed friendly and optimistic. Afterwards, they said they'd arrange a meeting with the department team, but mentioned it might take a while to schedule. Overall, the process felt polite, informative, and encouraging. I'd love to work at Grey if I got the offer.
