We had a chat about my script writing background, how I juggle multiple projects, and which ad I liked best out in the world. They also answered my questions about the daily tasks, and it made me more enthusiastic about the position.

The process took several rounds but the recruiter was great! The order was: recruiter (twice or three times), then interviews with the CD, ECD and HR. If I can remember, the process took 2 months in total.

I applied to the Grey Group for their Autumn intake. The process included an initial phone call, an aptitude test, and then a face-to-face interview. The phone interview was pretty straightforward, but the test was a bit different from what I've seen elsewhere. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the in-person interview stage.
