First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grey Group.
Account Supervisor
A recruiter reached out, and the next day an associate recruiter contacted me to set up a screening phone call. We spoke Monday morning for about 30 minutes - it was pretty standard. They wanted me to come in for an in-person interview the very next day. I interviewed with the department SVP, which was also a very standard interview. They requested some work samples later that week. The day after that, I had another interview with the department President, which was probably the trickiest but still pretty standard. Within a couple of days after that last interview, HR asked for references. Then, within another day, I got a verbal offer, followed by a written one.
- How would your direct reports describe your leadership style?
- What adjectives would your closest friend use to describe you?
- What is your proudest accomplishment in your career?
Account Supervisor
I interviewed with HR and the account team. The interviews were good and I really liked everyone I spoke with. The only problem was that since I am from out of state, they did not pay for or help with travel expenses to visit their office. They also would not negotiate a relocation package at all. Unfortunately, I had to decline their offer because I could not afford to spend thousands of dollars to move.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Account Manager
I sent a speculative application, they contacted me and I had an in-person interview. After that, they contacted me again by phone to confirm that I had been selected for the junior account intern position.
- Why do you want to work for us?
- What are your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
