Behavioral Technical

I had a few stages. First, a recruiter call, then a technical screen. They asked me a bunch of questions covering things like how I'd greet a new person joining the team, my definition of hard work, what I thought the job would involve, and ideas on increasing profits. They also asked about customer service and my motivation for wanting to work at Greggs. My answers were all scored, and they seemed particularly pleased when I suggested promoting the Greggs app to drive up profits. It felt pretty good and relaxed.
