Customer Care Specialist
I applied on the company's website and then heard from the hiring manager to set up a phone interview. It was about 30 minutes, and they told me about the job and what's next. Then I had to take a test. After they got my results, I had to take the same test again, but this time through ProctorU. Next, the hiring manager set up a Zoom call with me and the people who would be my managers. That lasted about 30-45 minutes, and they were really nice and easy to talk to, making me feel comfortable. A bit over a week later, the hiring manager called and offered me the job! The whole thing took about three weeks. I thought they did a great job with the hiring. Since it's remote, I felt connected to the team during the interviews. Some think it's long, but there's a reason for it to make sure you can do the job and fit in. I didn't mind it at all and respected that they really took the time to find the right person. It's great that companies are adapting and hiring remotely, especially now. I'm excited to start!

- What is a personal weakness you have?
Customer Support Associate
So, after I applied, I got this email with a link to do an assessment. Once I finished that, I had a quick phone interview, like 5 to 10 minutes. Then they emailed me stuff about a drug test and background check consent. After that, I had one last interview with management, and then they offered me the job. The whole thing took about two and a half weeks.
- How do you handle working in a team environment?
Customer Support Representative
The test felt a bit much for someone new to a call center role. First, I spoke with the recruiter, then with the hiring manager. The interviews themselves were pretty standard: they asked for examples of past experiences, my strengths and weaknesses, and my career aspirations.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to handle an upset customer on the phone?
