Technical Behavioral Case

I applied on 7/4 and heard back on 7/5 about taking an online personality and cognitive test, which was quick. Then on 7/12, I had an interview with someone from Talent Acquisition, and they had me do another proctored cognitive exam over Skype. After that, I talked to the hiring manager on the phone, and about a week later, I went in person. That same day, I also met with the VP of the department in person, and then later had a phone chat with another senior manager. HR was keeping me in the loop the whole time and made it pretty smooth. It was a lot, with seven touchpoints in total (online exams, proctored exam, and five interviews), but I appreciated how thorough they were in deciding who to hire. I really liked everyone I met.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and about a month later, the recruiter emailed me to do an online assessment. After I finished that, we set up a phone interview. It went really well, we really connected and had a great conversation. The recruiter said he'd get back to me by the end of the week to set up a time to talk with the VP. A week passed, then nothing. I sent a follow-up, still nothing. A month after that, I followed up again, and still nothing. Finally, 3 months after the phone interview, I got an impersonal email saying they decided to promote someone from within.

Technical Behavioral

It was a positive experience. First, a recruiter called, and they were very nice and helpful (they don't work there anymore). Then, I had to take the CCAT, which I did on my own first, and then there was an online proctored version. The last interview was onsite back then. I met individually with about 4 different team members and got to see the offices. They kept me updated throughout the whole process.
