The interview process was pretty straightforward. After applying, I got a link for a short math assessment, which seemed to be more about checking honesty since there was a second in-person version. I then got an email for a phone screening where we talked about my past experience and pay expectations. At the end of that call, I was asked to come in for another assessment. When I arrived at the Carrollton, Georgia facility for this second assessment, they offered me an on-the-spot interview with one of the managers, called CRM's. She was really nice and respectful, which seems common at Greenway. The next day, I got an offer letter by email, which I accepted, and started working a week later.

The entire interview process took about two weeks from applying to the in-person interview. The initial phone interview included typical questions. Then, the in-person interview felt like a formality and was quite disappointing. First, there were basic questions that should have been covered on the phone. Second, the interviewer I was supposed to meet didn't show up without any notice, and the person who ended up interviewing me seemed to be a last-minute replacement. Third, the interview wasn't held in the main office but in an empty office off-site, which made it seem like I was either not considered important enough to see the main team or was viewed as a security risk. The way the in-person part was handled really showed me how the company operates and honestly, I'm glad I'm not joining them.

I sent in my application online and then got an invite for an online assessment that tested my cognitive abilities, personality, analytical skills, and math skills, especially with percentages. About 2-3 days later, HR reached out to set up a phone interview, which was super quick, only about ten minutes. The HR recruiter then scheduled me for another assessment and an in-person interview for the very next day. When I got there, I took the assessment and then had the in-person interview, which involved about 5-6 situational questions and lasted around an hour. I think it went really well, and now I'm just waiting to hear back.
