I applied online and didn't hear back, so I emailed the recruiter. They called me the next day for a quick phone screen, then passed me to HR. The next week, I got an IQ test and some personality questions. A week later, I had a 20-minute interview with corporate HR and the hiring manager. Right after, I took another test with an online proctor to ensure my answers matched. The next day, HR emailed to schedule the final interview with the Regional Manager for the day after, via Skype. On the interview day, the manager emailed saying he'd already offered the job to someone else but still wanted to do the Skype call to meet the 'talent pool.' I declined because I disliked their process and how they scheduled interviews before deciding. I got a rude reply, and that was that.

The hiring process took quite a while, over three months in total. It started with a recruiter chat, then I had to complete an intelligence test and wait three weeks for the results. After passing that, I had a phone interview on the same day with the DM, AVP, and VP of HR. Then, I had to retake the intelligence test, this time in a supervised setting, before they could make an offer. The offer stage itself took a couple of weeks due to negotiations, and I found it a bit unusual that I was negotiating with HR rather than my direct manager.

Technical Presentation

I went through several aptitude tests, followed by multiple remote interviews, and finally a face-to-face meeting that included a presentation. The whole process was quite extensive and took a long time. I did appreciate meeting various people in the company, though I wasn't always clear on what everyone did.
