The interview process starts with an online assessment, which is then followed by an interview. This online assessment was pretty bad. It didn't include any coding or technical questions at all. Instead, it was all questions you might see on an IQ test. If you're a slow reader, there's very little chance of passing this stage. It felt kind of insulting to be given this for an assessment when you're a Sr level developer. I'd rather have programming scenarios or algorithms, not something completely unrelated to the job function. I've heard this is a great company, but from what I was told, several candidates were submitted and none made it past this phase. It seems like they don't really want to hire anyone.

First, there was an IQ and personality test with HR onsite. Then, a developer asked me some questions and I had to write code. After that, the architect had a casual chat about tech stuff. Finally, the manager talked about team dynamics and expectations, and asked me to code a solution for a problem.
