Recruiter intro call, then a hiring manager screen. After that, there was a live coding challenge, followed by a Super day which was about 3-4 hours long and included system design, behavioral screens, and technical Q&A. I felt super prepared for the entire interview process, the recruiter told me what to expect at each stage.

Technical Coding System Design Behavioral

I went through two interview processes. Both were very smooth and communication was great. The first interview process comprised of a recruiter screening, hiring manager interview, technical coding challenge and then a panel/multi-interview day (technical Q&A, Systems design, Director interview, values interview and a hiring manager wrap-up). I wasn't selected for this position. My second interview process consisted of a recruiter screen, hiring manager interview and then another systems design interview. I was then presented with the offer.

There was an online assessment (OA) first, and then 15 students were shortlisted. Even though the interview seemed to go well, there was no clarity on why I wasn't selected. The whole process was a bit disorganized; we had to wait for hours, only to be told later that we didn't get through.
