The interview process coordination was really bad. I wasn't sure who was the recruiter or coordinator. It felt like there was a lack of ownership, respect, and a lot of arrogance, which is funny given what they do. It was the worst interview I've ever had. First, there was a general phone screen. Then, I met with the GM EMEA, who was a really nice, open, and honest guy and seemed like a good leader. They use a structured interview format with questions provided by the platform. The third step was a take-home test, which was a presentation. I had to create a PowerPoint presentation following a specific format, with a 2-day deadline, but it actually took about a full day of work, even though they said 2-3 hours. I sent the presentation to the recruiter and then heard nothing for a week. I followed up, and they finally replied saying they had moved on with other candidates, and I didn't get any feedback when I asked. They showed no respect for my time, especially since I spent a whole day on the presentation and didn't even get to present it or get feedback. This whole experience made me not want to consider Greenhouse again.

The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks, with a really packed interview week. It felt pretty organized and professional. The interviews were more like chats, and the people interviewing were super open and upfront.

If you think you are a top sales performer, this company might not be for you! I thought a previous post saying this was a lie, so I applied confidently. I went through all the interviews. The last one was an onsite with about 15 people from different departments. They seemed to want to get a feel for me and then voted on whether to hire me. They all asked similar questions. After the interviews, I felt super confident because everyone was welcoming and nice. But then, a few days later, I got the news: "You didn't show passion for sales." It's funny and confusing because my resume shows 4+ years as a top sales rep with proven results across different industries, plus extra experience from my side hustle that could help them, especially seeing their poor Facebook ads. Being told I didn't show enough passion for sales feels like a big offense. It seems like they don't hire top candidates but rather average ones. Personality is important, but I know that wasn't the issue because I really connected with the team. Overall, it was an amazing experience with a great company, product, and people. The hiring process was super weird and unclear about what they are looking for – maybe average or mediocre candidates, or perhaps less experience is better? They definitely won't hire top candidates. Best of luck!
