Overall, I had a great experience interviewing with Greenhouse. The process moved swiftly and I was updated regularly. First, there was a 30 minute phone screen. Then, I was told I would move on to round 2 which entailed a take home assignment. In the take home, I was given 2 scenarios that I needed to compose emails and calendar invitations. I submitted on a Friday and heard back early Monday morning that they wanted to bring me onsite. We scheduled an interview, where I would meet 5 people for 1.5-2 hours. They were completely on time and asked good questions. I enjoyed meeting with each person. The only con I found in the process was hearing back from them with the final decision. I was told they would make a decision 4 days after I interviewed, but I did not hear back from them until 6 days after. Granted, that's not a long time to hear back in the normal scheme of things, but I had expectations of hearing back by a certain day. Other than that, it was an awesome experience and I learned a lot from it.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Group

It was an incredibly organized and well thought out process. We had two phone screens, a project, and then an on-site. The questions were challenging but exciting, and it felt like they genuinely wanted to get to know you as a person. Everyone was really genuine and warm, not trying to interrogate you. Culture is a big part of their process, as you'll meet with someone not in your direct function to see if you'd be a cultural fit. I was bummed not to get an offer, but I still feel really good about the company and the people I met. It was a great experience.

I applied online and got an email about a phone interview. After that, I had to do a take-home exercise. Then there was an in-person interview with 8 people, which was a really long process. They talk about unconscious bias, but I felt like there was a conscious bias. They were friendly, but I wasn't comfortable with their interview style. When I asked for feedback, they couldn't give me a clear reason for not selecting me, despite talking about transparency.
