This was a long process with several interview rounds. I made it to the fourth interview but didn't get the job and they didn't give me any specific feedback. There was also a take-home project, so be ready to put in a good amount of time.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a long process, about 6 weeks total, with several hours of interviews. First, I talked with HR, then a PM. After that, I had a take-home exercise where I had to create a project plan. Then came about 6 more interviews, some one-on-one, some with two people. One of those involved presenting my project plan, and another was about how I'd handle specific situations. Finally, I had an interview with the Manager.

Behavioral Case Presentation Other

The interview process was very straightforward, transparent, and thoughtful. Each stage focused on a specific competency needed for the role, and no questions were repeated by different interviewers. The hiring team consisted of the people you'd work with if you got the job. My recruiter was amazing – they sped things up and were really understanding of my situation since I was in other interview processes. I got feedback quickly, sometimes the same day, and always felt comfortable asking my recruiter questions. The process included a Recruiter Phone Screen, a Hiring Manager Phone Screen, a Take-home assignment, a Face-to-face (via Zoom) for Culture Add/Peer/Case Assignment/PM Competencies, and finally a Face-to-face (via Zoom) to present the take-home assignment and discuss management style with a VP. I can't often say I enjoyed an interview process, but I really did this time. My only suggestion would be to add a feature where candidates can select their available times to make scheduling easier for the panel.
