After an initial phone screen, I was invited to self-schedule the next interview. The communication was really friendly and professional, and they kept me updated on the process. I then had an onsite interview with the general manager. They explained the role, showed me around the business, and asked me some questions.

I applied online and heard back from HR to set up a chat with the Business Development Manager (BDM). That interview was pretty chill, just talking about life, no standard questions. Then, I had a second interview at the pub itself with the Retail Managers and the BDM. I had to do a presentation on the pub's SWOT.

The interview process was really fast and smooth. The only thing that might slow down the start date is if you don't have the right legal documents. For example, they need the big birth certificate, not the small one, so you might have to get a new one. A driving license isn't accepted as a valid document. It's a good idea to check what you need before your interview because you have to fill out a specific form before you can even start your first shift. Until all your documents are uploaded, you can't begin working.
