General Manager
I put in my application online and then had a call with the recruitment manager that lasted about 40 minutes. After that, I had a Teams interview with the Business Development Manager, and then finally, I went in person to interview with an Area Manager.
- What aspects of this position do you anticipate being most challenging?
General Manager
I applied and was invited to a recruitment day. This included group activities, one to one interviews and P&L exercises. The very next day, I was asked to attend an interview with the BDM for the Pub they matched me to. I attended this interview 4 days later and was offered the position then and there.
- What values do you live your life by?
General Manager
The interviewer was really unprofessional, they hadn’t prepped for the interview and were late. A lot of prep was required for the interview and none of it was requested on the day.
