The process kicked off with a factory tour, followed by a brief presentation about the company. Then, there was a group discussion involving 5 candidates, which was quite engaging. After that, we had to complete competency-based questions, which spanned about 2-3 pages. The day concluded with an individual presentation. The entire day, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, was structured and informative. Four interviewers were present and were really nice to everyone. They also reimbursed all traveling costs for candidates. It was a really pleasant experience overall, even though I didn't get an offer at the end. It felt like a good start for future ACs.

The assessment centre process was extremely long. It was a whole day from 9-4pm, but it overran and I didn't leave until 5:30pm. The interview itself wasn't too difficult, but I felt a lot of pressure throughout the whole day. Nevertheless, I felt well prepared and it was a great experience.
