First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Great Place To Work.
Intern
They did a group video interview with many other participants. Even though they were welcoming and nice people, I didn't think the dynamic was that great; I feel like an individual interview would have been better utilized. I also felt that the questions were very generic and that it was more like an interview to make friends rather than to work.
- Tell me a bit about yourself.
Intern
The interview process was really very comfortable and it was all about getting to know me and my background. No grilling involved. The interview will initially be with the HRBP and then with the respective department.
- Can you tell me about your educational background?
Intern
I joined the team for several hours/days to see how I would fit in, with questions about persuasion, personality, eloquence, etc. It was a rather targeted recruitment process, but worth the effort.
