Started with resume screening, then a 1-1.5 hour general ability test. The manager manually gave candidates different times for the same questions. All interviews were telephonic due to covid. Initially, they were good, acting as a two-way conversation to understand me and my expectations, while also explaining their company. These calls were long, about 45 minutes. There were 2-3 interviews, and then they ghosted us. This happened during campus placements, making it a tiring and bad experience.

I was contacted by a recruiting firm for Great Place to Work, they gathered a lot of my info but didn't really know the company or role well, portraying it as 'easy.' My first contact with the actual company was with the hiring manager (AVP), who was late but apologetic. She sent me financial statements as a follow-up to our call when I asked about growth objectives, which was weird. Then, I had a group interview at their NY office, where I was supposed to prepare a presentation, but the EVP interrupted the process to take the room we were using. We had to move rooms, which disrupted the interview for 10-15 minutes, and then we were moved to a cramped office with not enough chairs, so one employee sat on an exercise ball. People were nice and positive though. They scheduled back-to-back interviews with another candidate, which I thought was unprofessional. After that, I had a follow-on group interview via video conference with 2 employees who missed the first group interview. They were nice and friendly. The final interview was with the hiring manager (AVP) again, who was late again (said she was on the phone with a CEO), but apologetic and answered my questions.
