It was a multi-step process for management. First, an initial phone interview to go over the process and general info. Then, an in-person interview at one of their locations with two regional managers. After that, a timed personality and aptitude test covering math, arithmetic, spelling, vocabulary, and accuracy, which takes about 90 minutes. They also do a background check including credit, criminal history, and DMV. Finally, an offer letter is presented and there's a final interview. Overall, it was one of the most thorough interviews I've been on.

I sent in my application online and got a call back for an interview within two hours. I went in for the interview a week later. It seemed to go well, but the general manager wasn't there, so they asked me to come back for a second interview on a different day. The second interview also went well, and I was hired right away. I had to buy a uniform and then go to a sister restaurant for another evaluation, which was kind of a surprise. My biggest tip is to be really outgoing and energetic, because that's what the brand is all about.

The interview was a bit too intense, and the interviewer wasn't very likable; they seemed too stern and cocky. I didn't feel like someone like that would be a good manager in a customer service role and they didn't represent the company well. It makes me question their hiring process. I came in and had to wait for a manager to find me and call me over. Then, they sat me down at a dining table while other staff kept interrupting during the interview.

You'll have 3 interviews with management, which could be with the FOH, AGM, or GM. It's super simple. My tip: show up dressed professionally, just like you would for work. Each interview is short, only 10-15 mins, and you might even be able to do them all in one go. But usually, they'll have you come back 2-3 times, and the last visit is when you'll get the offer.
