The interview process was pretty painless. It began with a phone interview where they asked basic questions about what I was looking for and my schedule. Then, I had an in-person interview with 6 different managers. While it was a bit overwhelming at first, the questions started to become a bit repetitive. Overall, they were just basic behavioral questions and questions about how much you know about insurance and the company as a whole. Make sure to do your research!

So I had an initial chat with HR, which was a phone call. After that, I had two in-person interviews with people from the actual department. Each of those interviews had two interviewers. The company, Great American Insurance Group, focuses on helping people and businesses achieve financial security through unique insurance solutions, especially in specialized markets.
