First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grazitti Interactive.
Software Engineer Trainee
The interview process involved a few stages. First, there was an Online Assessment with 50 questions, split between 25 aptitude and 25 coding, all pretty easy to medium. Then, a Technical Interview where they hit me with JS concepts like generator functions, arrow functions, event loops, callbacks, debouncing and throttling, plus an easy DSA question (2 sum in arrays), and some Frontend/Backend stuff (CSR, SSR, GIT cycle, JWT, XSS). After that, an HR round with typical HR questions. Even with all that, I didn't get selected, and honestly, I don't get why. The last round was a Communication Round virtually, which was just introductions and more general HR questions.
- Which is better for SEO, CSR or SSR, and can you explain why?
Software Engineer
The interview process was a frustrating experience. After passing an initial technical round, I was given a take-home assignment requiring me to build a complete backend and frontend within a week. Once I completed and submitted this project, I was informed I had advanced to the next stage. I anticipated the final interview would delve into the project I had built or discuss my potential responsibilities. However, the final interview was unexpectedly irrelevant. The interviewer did not inquire about the project or my technical skills at all. Instead, I was presented with a single coding challenge, which I successfully resolved, and a few very simple questions. The overall process lacked structure, professionalism, and respect for the effort I invested in the earlier assignment. Despite meeting their challenging requirements, my application was unsuccessful, leading me to suspect they might not have genuinely intended to hire anyone and possibly sought a pre-built project. This approach seems unprofessional and exploitative, raising concerns about their internal employee treatment.
- Questions about string manipulation
- What is the second highest element in an array?
Software Engineer
There was an aptitude test covering logical reasoning, basic quantitative skills, or domain-specific questions. Then a technical interview for developers/engineers with questions on coding, data structures, frameworks, or system design. After that, a managerial or team lead round discussing past experience, project handling, leadership, culture fit, and planning. Finally, an HR/final round.
- Can you explain what an SQL JOIN is and provide an example?
