The interview process involved a few stages. First, there was an Online Assessment with 50 questions, split between 25 aptitude and 25 coding, all pretty easy to medium. Then, a Technical Interview where they hit me with JS concepts like generator functions, arrow functions, event loops, callbacks, debouncing and throttling, plus an easy DSA question (2 sum in arrays), and some Frontend/Backend stuff (CSR, SSR, GIT cycle, JWT, XSS). After that, an HR round with typical HR questions. Even with all that, I didn't get selected, and honestly, I don't get why. The last round was a Communication Round virtually, which was just introductions and more general HR questions.

Technical

I got a call from the Recruiter about the profile and then she scheduled the interview with one of the Senior Engineers working at Grazitti. The interview was average as all the questions were related to Salesforce automation and Development. The interview went smoothly and the interviewer seemed satisfied with the answer but I did not receive any information from the Recruiter or the company nor any feedback. Even after mailing and calling back multiple times.

  • Can you explain about Roll-up summary?
  • What are trigger context variables?
  • Let's discuss about flows and their types.

Technical Coding

The whole process happened in a single day. I found out about the job opening on LinkedIn. We started with a pen and paper test that had MCQs on Aptitude, Reasoning, and basic OOPS concepts. After passing that, I had a face-to-face round where the interviewer asked me about C/C++ fundamentals like constructors and inheritance, and also gave me a couple of simple programming tasks to complete. It was of moderate difficulty.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Could you explain what constructors are, along with the different types of inheritance and the concept of a virtual function?
  • Can you write a few simple programs?
  • What are constructors?
