Had a quick Skype interview where I was asked about my personal traits. A few days later, I had an in-person interview, but it turned out to be just an explanation of how the role starts as a Sales Person and the supposed path for advancement within what seems to be a pyramid scheme. They exploit young and desperate individuals. The base pay is only $300 per week, not hourly, and they discourage seeking benefits, set hours, breaks, and paid time off. I am fortunate not to be desperate for employment.

I was emailed to set up an interview. The interview was pretty low pressure and the hiring manager was friendly. However the job itself was a little misrepresented - as another reviewer said, you'd be working at a kiosk in Walmart. I ended up ending the interview at the point I figured that out.

It was a pretty standard process. You definitely need to be sharp and prepared because they get tons of applicants and can’t hire everyone. So make sure you stand out from the crowd and make yourself memorable, and just be yourself!
