Applied for a job on LinkedIn and got a quick response from a recruiter who sounded really happy to invite me to interview. It was a great start! They kept in touch and even set up a call to help me prep, which I thought was really cool and showed they cared. I went through the stages and even did a presentation for the final interview. They said I'd hear back by the end of the next week, but then nothing came. Weeks passed, and my follow-ups through email and calls were totally ignored. No one even sent a rejection. It's disappointing because I put a lot of time into it, and their communication just stopped. It’s ironic given their value of ‘care’ — they really didn't seem to care about letting me know the outcome. I've stopped applying to them and usually just scroll past their ads now. Basic respect and communication should continue after the interviews are over. Grayce needs to do better.

It was a couple of stages. I had an online interview with two interviewers, and there was a presentation. They sent out a good pack beforehand explaining what was needed. They were nice though.

I applied and heard back for a phone interview within 12 hours. It was a pretty standard interview checking my knowledge of the company and the role. They got back to me again quickly after that, and I had an in-person interview a week later. This involved a presentation and going over an Excel sheet. It felt more like a chat, and I enjoyed it. I was asked some questions about managing change, which I think I might have overthought. So far, it's been a smooth and pleasant process, and I'm waiting to hear about an offer.
