Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grayce.
Change Management
It was a 5 stage interview process. They expected powerpoints and excel work to be created in less than a week. I was initially told I would get the role and had to sign documents, but after the final interview, which I had to chase them up for as they never called, I was told I didn't have enough customer service experience, despite having over 7 years in those types of roles. I received no feedback and felt they didn't listen to anything I said, which was very poor.
- What are your 5-year career aspirations?
Manager
I was contacted by email first. I sent them an email back. Then I had an interview with the manager, which went well. After that, I interviewed with the partner, and that also went well. Finally, they gave me feedback.
- Why are you the best candidate for this position?
Change Management
Had one phone call that was very brief, the interviewer was polite but did not give much away. First questions are about your previous experiences, which was fairly straight forward. However, the last couple of questions were a little ambiguous.
- Can you discuss some contemporary challenges that businesses might encounter?
