After applying, I had 3 phone interviews, though they didn't show up for two of them, before finally getting an HR interview and a face-to-face interview. The whole process took 3 months from my application to the first in-person interview. They asked me some competency questions and went over my CV.

The interview process had 5 stages, starting from application, then a phone interview, a form filling, a first interview, and finally the last interview. It was a learning experience observing how interviewers treated me. My first interview went really well, but the final interview felt like a waste of time because they asked me the same questions and it was awkward. It seemed like they weren't going to hire me anyway, but they sure did waste my time. The interviewer didn't have a positive vibe and initially put me off. I was glad they rejected me because I had already accepted an offer from another company.
