The interview process started with an informal call, followed by a Microsoft Teams interview. The final step was another 1-hour Microsoft Teams interview that included a 10-minute presentation. The first two steps were pretty straightforward, but I found the criteria for passing the third step to be quite challenging. I think I did well in the interview, although they did point out a few things that were fair but felt a bit strict.

Presentation Behavioral

The interview process involved a 1-hour session which included a 10-minute presentation about two different companies. One company should be one that has successfully adapted to changes, and the other should be one that failed to adapt. You should pick unique companies for your presentation, and it's advised not to use common examples like Blockbuster or Blackberry.

The first interview was pretty good. Then there was a technical interview that was more challenging.
