My initial experience with Grayce for their graduate scheme felt promising due to quick communication. But, the interview with the Talent Acquisition person was a letdown. The questions seemed off for a graduate role, like asking how I'd 'go above and beyond for a stakeholder,' which felt vague for the position. The interviewer seemed dismissive and not engaged, making it feel impersonal. What was worse was the total lack of follow-up or feedback. For a company claiming to develop early careers, this was contradictory and unprofessional. I felt undervalued and unimpressed, and Grayce didn't show the standards or culture I'd expect from a company that says it nurtures talent. I hope they rethink their graduate recruitment approach and improve the candidate experience.

They used the STAR method and some quiz-based questions about how the company operates. It was a really friendly chat. They want to see if you have good organizational skills, can define key terms, and manage how you articulate yourself. First, there was a screening call. Then, three interviews with Grayce staff. Finally, one more interview with the company you'd be working for. The first interview was general questions, checking commercial awareness and knowledge of the company and role. The second interview involved a presentation and competency questions about a company that transformed with a change. I didn't go to the third and fourth interviews.
