We started with a quick 10 min chat to get to know you and your background. Then, there was a 30 min call with HR where we discussed Grayce and your motivations for joining. After that, a 1-hour interview with a project manager involved a 10 min presentation about yourself and a comparison of successful and failed companies using excel graphs. This was followed by questions about corporate team structures and work methodologies, and more STAR questions. Finally, an online assessment tested your technical skills.

They are a consulting firm looking for entry-level grads for a two-year contract as a Grayce Contractor. First year salary is around 52k (USD), increasing by about 7k in the second year, with the goal of a full-time placement with the client after two years. The initial interview is a 15-minute phone screen, followed by a Zoom call. Between these, you're expected to research the company extensively. They're not very responsive to questions, citing high applicant volumes as the reason. Research suggests that leaving before the two-year contract might require repaying training costs, which online sources indicate could be around £15,000. This concern was raised with the interviewer, who responded vaguely. Training lasts 1-3 weeks before client placement. Although I didn't get past the second interview, this should give you an idea of what to expect. Consider this opportunity if you're in urgent need of work or comfortable committing to Grayce for two years. Compare with other development/rotational programs and carefully review the contract, especially regarding training/cert costs.

This was the best interview process I have been on. I applied and got a response within 48 hours. I had a phone interview and then a face to face interview the next week. I got an offer that same week and started working with my client two weeks later. The whole process took about 3-4 weeks. They were very clear about what they needed and made the process smooth.
