Be ready to ask good questions at some point in the interview. Asking thoughtful questions will impress the interviewer. Avoid questions about salary or vacation time, as they can make you seem only interested in money. Instead, consider asking about job duties, promotion opportunities, or your responsibilities.

The interview process started with a phone chat with the branch manager. Then, there was an in-person meeting with the branch manager. Finally, I had a call with HR to confirm my interest. After that, I got a link for onboarding, which had the info I needed to start my pre-employment screen and background check. Everything moved pretty fast. We interviewed on a Friday in Week 1, I had my in-person meeting on Wednesday of Week 2, got the offer the following Monday, and finished the pre-employment screens by Friday of Week 3. I heard back on the results the Tuesday after.

Someone reached out 3 weeks after I sent my resume. I interviewed with 5 people and it seemed like none of them had actually read my resume. The questions they asked were things that were already on my resume.
