It was a simple process where an engineer, manager and plant supervisor leaded the interview session. The interview process consisted in a 1 hour questioning session and a on site tour of the facility.

First we had a meet and greet, then they asked some career-related questions. You should dress nicely and appropriately. Masks were not required. It took about 30 minutes. They wrote down our answers as we went through them.

So, I got a call from their main office for a preliminary chat. Then about two weeks later, I had another call with HR and an engineer. They asked some standard questions, including one about my past experiences. A week after that, HR set up an in-person interview. It was two weeks after that call when the actual in-person interview happened. After checking in, I got a tour of the whole plant, seeing how things work. I chatted with HR about the benefits, and then I met with a group of engineering supervisors and an HR supervisor. All their questions were about my past behavior, except for a 'get to know you' question. After that, two engineers took me to lunch. It was a pretty relaxed chat where they could ask about the job. The very last interview was with the engineering supervisor and the HR supervisor, where they asked one question about my past behavior and two questions that were unique to them. Overall, it was a really professional and good experience, one of the best companies I've interviewed with.
