I applied online, and a recruiter contacted me in about a week and a half. The recruiter did an initial phone screen that same week. I heard back from the team the same day, and they wanted to meet me. I then talked to two managers from the practice the next week. A day or two after those interviews, the recruiter called me to set up a phone interview with a Sr. Manager in the practice for the following week. I got an email saying my interviewer had good feedback, so they set up an interview with a practice director for later that week. The recruiter called the day before the director interview to schedule my final in-person interview with the Managing Director of the practice for the next week. Both interviews went well, and the Managing Director offered me the job right then and there when I was leaving the in-person interview. The whole thing took about 6 weeks from applying to getting the official written offer.

I got recruited from campus and dropped my resume. After being selected, I went to an interview. The night before the interview, GT had a social event, and I met the interviewer. The next day, the interview felt more like a conversation about GT culture and opportunities. I was then invited for an office visit. The night before that, there was another social event where I met other GT advisory associates, managers, and partners. The next day, I got an office tour and had 3 more interviews.
