I applied online through the JobConvo platform, completed the online tests, and was invited to a in-person group dynamic. After a 2-month wait, I received word that I passed to the next stage, which was a panel interview with managers. A week later, I got the good news that I passed the process.

It was a very formal online interview. The first part was a virtual interview where I had to speak on a number of work-related topics by answering a pre-set list of questions. The web interview was done through some E-Interview site, which felt quite impersonal because I was just talking to a webcam with nobody on the other side. My recorded interview was then watched to see if I was a good fit.
