I went through 3 rounds of interviews, but then they ghosted me after I mentioned my notice period. It was super disappointing. I'd actually advise against joining this company. Their hiring is outsourced, and the recruiters only seem interested in candidates who can join immediately because they get a commission.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was great from start to finish. The Senior Recruiter was very communicative. The loop interviews with the Manager and two Principals were very personable. They included both technical and behavioral portions, but the interviewers made me feel comfortable. They had quick response times after the last interview.

Behavioral Other

I worked with an internal recruiter for the whole thing, from start to finish, even getting my offer through them. I thought I had a good case for a higher salary, but my message didn't get across well to the practice leader, and they rejected my counter offer. I managed to reach out to him directly to make my case, and he did agree. But I still had to go through the recruiter. She was pretty slow with emails and scheduling calls. So, each back-and-forth step took about 1-2 weeks. We ended up running out of time to fill the position before the process was even done. All of this hassle could have been avoided if I'd just dealt directly with someone from the practice instead of a recruiter.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Considering you mentioned a potential future relocation, should your offer be based on your current location or a potential future one?
  • Do you have a justification for a higher salary?
