First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grant Thornton International.
Tax Associate
For this Tax Associate role, networking is key from the start. I began by attending a Meet the Firms event at my college where I connected with professionals from Grant Thornton (GT). After applying for a three-day externship and interviewing for it, I got an offer for the externship program. The externship interview was very laid-back; it felt like an easy conversation. Following the externship, there's an internship interview process. This is a full-day event that includes an office tour and three to four interviews. Again, these interviews were very relaxed. What really made me choose GT was how they focused on getting to know me and assessing cultural fit. I experienced firsthand what 'company culture' means by feeling so comfortable in their office.
