third stage was a case study. Lots of info, not enough time, kinda tough. I think they just want to see how much you can do in the time provided - I wrote around 350 words.

Behavioral Technical

I was first put in touch with GT by a friend who passed my resume along to someone they knew there. A few weeks later, their HR department reached out to me for a phone interview. It lasted about an hour and was pretty pleasant, mostly covering my work experiences. After that, I was invited to their office for a 1-on-1 interview, which usually involves meeting with a senior manager or partner. The questions there were mainly behavioral.

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty standard, mostly behavioral and some technical questions, all related to my resume. I shared a few stories and kept it light. Coming from Deloitte, I was able to easily compare the two companies and explain why I was interested in GT.
