First, we reviewed your resume and application, which included some short answer questions. Then, you completed an online strengths assessment with situational multiple choice questions and some quick quantitative questions based on data sets. After that, there was a video interview where you had to record answers to several short video questions. Next, a virtual group assessment center event took place, which involved an individual business case study. Finally, there was an interview with a partner in a specific service line.

It was a pretty long and tough interview process. The recruiter seemed really interested at first, but as I progressed, they got slower with responses, sometimes taking more than two days to get back to me. I ended up declining the offer because the client work I was hoping for didn't get renewed on their contracts, and I didn't want to be in a mediocre situation while new business was being secured.

I had interviews with 3 senior folks and then the recruiter. About 20% of the time was them asking me questions, the rest was me asking them questions, so it's important to have questions ready. I liked the company more the more I talked to the interviewers. They asked about teams that worked well, teams with conflict, and how to overcome conflict. It felt like I could steer the interview. They seemed to expect me to present my skills and experience proactively, even if not directly asked. So, share what they need to know regardless.
