Mostly, the interviewers wanted to know about my past audit work, like my specific role and how I handled challenges, especially during busy periods. The whole interview really centered on my previous experience and how well I work with others.

I applied online and they reached out a couple of weeks ago. We scheduled a phone interview that I think went pretty well. The questions were pretty standard, like asking about my top 3 strengths with examples and the riskiest decision I've made. The interviewer was upfront that the partners are busy so it might take a bit to hear back. I waited a good while without any word, so I called and emailed a few times, but still nothing. It was pretty disappointing not to get any response, even if it was just a rejection email.
