Technical Behavioral

The interview process was pretty standard. They didn't ask too many super technical questions. Mostly, the interviewers wanted to know about my past audit work, like my specific role and how I handled challenges, especially during busy periods. The whole interview really centered on my previous experience and how well I work with others.

Behavioral

I applied online and they reached out a couple of weeks ago. We scheduled a phone interview that I think went pretty well. The questions were pretty standard, like asking about my top 3 strengths with examples and the riskiest decision I've made. The interviewer was upfront that the partners are busy so it might take a bit to hear back. I waited a good while without any word, so I called and emailed a few times, but still nothing. It was pretty disappointing not to get any response, even if it was just a rejection email.
