The process began with submitting an online application, followed by a digital interview for those who passed the initial screening. If successful, the next step was an interview with a partner and senior manager, and then, uniquely in my case, a final interview with the hiring manager. Both of these interviews were adequate, though the one with the partner and senior manager felt more productive than the one with the manager, who seemed quite rigid and preferred a formal Q&A over a conversational style. Both interviews covered typical technical questions, including journal entries, payroll, and adjusting entries.

I had a video/digital interview where they asked me 3 behavioral questions. For my first job interview ever, they asked around 15-20 questions in about 40 minutes, and I felt like I was running out of things to say. I wish I had prepared more.

It was a good and smooth interview process. The HR team was very kind and helpful. The questions asked were easy to normal difficulty. The manager, who seemed to be in his mid-30's, made the interview stress-free, feeling more like a conversation.
