I had an initial chat with a recruiter who found me on LinkedIn. It went well, and the company seems like a good place to work. They compensate their sales team well, and if you've got sales experience and are willing to learn, you've got good potential here.

First, you'll do a personality assessment and send in a 60-sec video. Then, a 15-min Zoom interview with a Sales Manager. They might try to cut it short, see if you can extend the conversation. After that, there's an in-office step. It's best to be there at 8:30 to introduce yourself at the morning meeting, but I couldn't make it due to a conflict. Finally, you'll call leads from a list for 30 min. A manager will observe and do a 1-minute interview. Have your 'my experience' elevator pitch ready and ask for the job. If you do well, you'll meet with other managers.
