I interviewed for a senior legal role with the Talent Manager and HR Director. The job ad had a weird title, 'Senior Associate GC,' and asked for over 15 years of experience. It turned out to be the only lawyer role, managing the whole legal department. But the pay they talked about ($195k-$220k) was way too low for that much work and experience. When I asked about the title and what the job really entailed, I didn't get a good answer. They re-posted the job later without telling me what happened with my application. I figured I wasn't getting it because they didn't follow up. I'd tell people to check salaries for similar jobs before applying because the title seemed like a trick to pay less.

Behavioral Presentation Group

This was the strangest interview experience I ever had. There is a morning meeting, full of cheers, chants, and a DJ where you introduce yourself to the cheering crowd of employees. The overall atmosphere was a bit cult-like, worshipping Grant and the higher ups as if they were demi-gods. That being said, it seems like there were a lot of people who enjoyed being there and there was a lot of positive energy.

The interview process was exceptionally dynamic, providing a clear and thorough explanation of each step along the way. At every stage, there was detailed insight into what had been accomplished and what was coming next. Additionally, the company took the time to openly share its core challenges, the specific responsibilities of the role, and the exciting growth opportunities available. This transparent approach helped me gain a complete understanding of the position and the company's vision for the future.

I went through two interviews, one remote and one in person. The recruiter, Rhi Scolli, was super communicative and helpful. The first interview with Rhi was brief and to the point. The second one was longer and had some unique elements. I got to see their morning meeting, which was lively and set a good vibe. Afterwards, I was taken to another building for the interview. They asked some general questions and some specific to my background. The interviewers were professional but also friendly and put me at ease. Everyone else I encountered had this same professional, friendly, and relaxed demeanor, which made the whole experience really pleasant and comfortable.
