I applied on LinkedIn and then got a call from the recruiter. The role sounded pretty cool with opportunities to advance, but the salary expectations didn't match up. I mentioned my current salary and that I had 4 years of experience living in Boston and was willing to commute, and he said they could only offer much less than I make now. So, I passed on further interviews. He kept calling, saying the salary wouldn't change but that it's a great company. I declined each time. Just a heads up, their pay for tech roles seems low, so be aware of that if you're interviewing.
