The interview process was really smooth and thorough. They kept in touch well throughout. It started with a phone call from the recruiting team, then there were two video interviews: one with the hiring manager and another with the VP. I got the offer a couple of days later. The whole thing took about a few weeks.

I was contacted by a recruiter to begin the interview process. The first person I spoke with was the lead recruiter at Granite, who had a very abrasive demeanor and seemed determined to find fault with me. After that call, I had to wait about 20 minutes to speak with the hiring manager. The manager was much nicer, and asked me some basic behavioral questions. They mentioned that the initial 3-month contract is essentially a trial period to assess my performance. I received an offer quite early the following week, but I turned it down because I'd heard negative things about Granite as a workplace.

Overall good process. Spoke with a recruiter and had an interview with them. Eventually I then interviewed with the manager. Overall pretty quick process. Rejected the offer due to lack of pay, but overall quick process.
